Hey everyone, I’m Jenna! Founder of The Nurtured Mama.

I am a Full Spectrum Doula and will be offering Fertility Coaching, Labor and Delivery Doula Services as well as Postpartum Support.
My passion with birth all started with my own births! I have two beautiful children, Kinley and Luther. I gave birth to both of them at home. I had an amazing doula attend my first birth and my second I did unassisted with just me and my partner at home. Both were ECSTATIC, EUPHORIC & EMPOWERING! That’s why I became obsessed with all things birth. I want every single women to feel that. To feel empowered in their births! That’s also why I am a HUGE advocate for home births. We were built to birth and that is our power.
I also had the best little postpartum bubbles. I rested, ate nourishing and warming foods, drank teas and tended to my body. Received massages, yoni steams and reflexology. Took care of myself so I could take care of my babies.
